Welcome to Glim Industries. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for our products is 20 to 50 pieces, depending on the specific product.

2. Payment Terms

  • Sample Orders: Sample charges must be paid in full before starting the order. Orders valued at less than $500 will be treated as sample orders
  • Regular Orders:
  • A 50% deposit is required before we start processing your order.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon providing the tracking information for your shipment.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping time will be provided after we receive detailed product and quantity information.
  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes applicable in their country.
  • Glim Industries is not responsible for any fees related to international customs.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes in the buyer’s country.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders valued at less than $500 will be treated as sample orders and are non-refundable.
  • Sample orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
  • Orders can be cancelled only if a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

5. Return and Refund Policy

  • Samples: Samples are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Regular Orders:
  • Orders valued at less than $500 will be treated as sample orders and are non-refundable.
  • Orders valued at more than $500 can be claimed for return only in cases of wrong sizing, wrong color, poor quality, or quality different from the approved samples.
  • Claims for returns must be made within one week after delivery.
  • Defected or damaged items due to shipping cannot be claimed for return.
  • Used items are not eligible for return.

6. International Customs Duties and Taxes

  • International buyers are responsible for their country’s taxes and duties when receiving packages.
  • Glim Industries is not responsible for any fees relating to international customs.
  • We are not responsible for any delays in customs clearance in the buyer’s country.

7. Claim Process

  • Claims for returns must be placed within one week after the delivery of the order.
  • Claims can only be made for orders valued at more than $500 and only if there are issues with sizing, color, or quality as compared to the samples.
